I’ve known John for over ten years and have used John in real estate transactions. His skills are impeccable. John does have an excellent knowledge of local homes as well as open lots. Purchasing a home is more than just buying the right home so John’s knowledge of the area including schools, road traffic patterns and future development affecting the area is extremely important.

My wife and I were interested in building a new home and we spoke with John about lots that were available and reputable builders for the area. He was very responsive to our needs and we were able to find something to our liking. In the meantime we listed our home for sale with John after listening to the approach he would take and detrmining that he would be a good choice for us. His marketing of our home was outstanding along with the showings that happened as a result of his efforts. Our home sold quickly and at a price we were happy with.
